A reception hosted by Mark Stanley, head of lighting for New York City Ballet, for the Gilbert Hemsley portfolio lighting review was held on Sunday March 28 in New York.

Many distinguished luminaries from the Broadway lighting world attended including Ken Billington, Imy Fiorentino, Stan Pressner, and Beverley Emmons.

It was a joy to see so much young talent on display . . . stage lighting design appears to have a glowing future! Thank you Gilbert. And thank you for inviting Molly and me.
